If you are using the Internet Explorer web browser on a Macintosh computer and you receive the following error message:
Unable to load 'http://headsprout.com/code/global_control.swf"
then you will need to allocate more memory to your web browser. If that does not fix the issue, please try reinstalling your Mancromedia Flash player.
