Problems accessing web pages?
If your Internet Explorer web browser can no longer browse some parts of the Headsprout web site or you can not log in to your account then your Internet Explorer High Encryption feature may have become corrupted. This can also cause your web browser to display the following error: "Page can not be displayed or DNS error".
To test this, launch your Internet Explorer web browser and click on the HELP menu option and then select 'About Internet Explorer' .
A window will appear with the version and Cipher Strength of your web browser. If the Cipher Strength is 0-bit, then your Internet Explorer High Encryption feature is corrupted and you need to reinstall it.
To reinstall the encryption feature, please visit Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/128bit/default.asp
